Warranty and Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed
  • If you are not happy with your purchase, you shall return it within 14 days of receipt for refund of your purchase price.
  • To return, you must contact us to obtain a return auth number. Please write down the auth # on the top of the return item envelop. Any return item mail package without auth # will be returned to the sender !!!
  • You would then have to keep the product in its original good packaging and mail it to us at you cost.
  • We would refund your purchase price, minus the shipping and handling fee. However you need to keep the return item in its original manufacturer package with GOOD reselling condition. Otherwise, we will take 15% off its listing price as re-instocking fee in additional to the shipping and handling cost.
  • For any returned light tents, We will take 15% off its listing price as re-instocking fee in additional to its shipping and handling cost.
Warranty
  • Batteries carry a three month warranty.
  • We would replace defective batteries during the warranty period.
  • To claim under warranty, you need to contact us to obtain a return auth number.
  • You would then have to ship the defective battery to us at you cost.
  • We would replace your defective battery with one that has equal or higher rating.
Limitations
  • Our warranty only cover replacement of defective items.
  • We are not responsible for consequential damages.
  • You must use only specified charger.
  • Do not Short-Circuit.
  • Battery may explode if disposed of in fire.
Wrong Order
  • If you want to exchange your order item with another new item because you made wrong order, then you must send request to us within 7 days of receipt. It's your responsibility to pay the same amount shipping and handling cost.
  • You must contact us first to get auth # before mail it back.
  • You need to keep the item in original good condition packaging so that we could resell it. Otherwise, we will take additional 15% off its list price as the re-instocking fee.
